Returns: Do you want to return something?
Your order does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from? You can return unused items to us within 21 days. Our new returns portal makes it quick, easy and sustainable - without any paper:
- Register your return in our returns portal within 21 days.
- You will receive a digital return label by email.
No printing required – simply show the label on your smartphone at the nearest post office or hand your return to your delivery driver.
Please note: The returns portal can only be used within the returns period of 21 days and only for orders and returns within Germany. Information on orders from abroad can be found below.
Return conditions: What do I have to pay attention to with my return?
Please understand that we will only take back items that are returned in their original condition and within the return period of 21 days! We cannot take back items without labels or items that show signs of wear. Please use the original box in which you received your order for your return!
Free return shipment: Is my return shipment free of charge?
We will bear the costs for returns within Germany. We will only pay the return costs for one parcel. Returns may therefore not be made in partial shipments. We do not cover the costs for returns from abroad.
Returns from abroad: What applies to international returns?
We do not cover the costs for returns from abroad. To ensure a safe return, we recommend that all products are returned in their original packaging and as an insured parcel with a tracking number. The costs for the return shipment from abroad are to be borne by the buyer. Unpaid returns cannot be accepted.

Refund: When will I get my money back?
The invoice amount will be refunded to you as soon as your return has reached our warehouse and has been checked here. The refund will be made via the payment method selected when ordering. Exchange: What is the best way to proceed?
If you do not like an item, we would ask you to send it back to us as a return and place a new order! A direct exchange for your desired product is unfortunately not possible.
Complaints: What do I do if I have received an incorrect or faulty item?
