Kitakami RE
Kitakami RE is made from recycled nylon, which is rainproof, lightweight and also extremely robust. The two-compartment backpack has an adjustable main compartment with a practical roll-top closure and another main compartment with an all-round zipper. Various insert pockets, a padded compartment for a notebook, pen holders, a removable extra pouch and a key strap keep the inside organized and tidy. The crossed straps made from sustainably tanned premium leather give the spacious business backpack an unmistakable look. Front and rear buckles allow the roll-top to be attached flexibly. An ergonomically shaped back padding ensures a comfortable fit.

Material & Care
The lightweight yet extremely durable recycled nylon is certified to the Global Recycled Standard. A PFC-free coating gives the material a highly functional, water-repellent surface. We also use special high-performance threads that do not absorb water. These have the advantage over sealed threads that they can be repaired if necessary. The Aquaguard zippers from YKK are made from recycled PET. The leather applications of the non-vegan styles are made from sustainably tanned premium cowhide. care advice
STYLED WITH CARE: The styles in this series are made by hand and in compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct in a manufactory with SA 8000 certification. Eco-friendly tanning agents are used for the resource-saving tanning of the leather of the non-vegan styles. The tannery is certified by LWG (Leather Working Group). learn more
